Increasing MDB_MAXKEYSIZE

We ran into a MDB_BAD_VALSIZE limitation with a value size in a DUP value
(which is a key).
Can we increase the MDB_MAXKEYSIZE to 100KB or to 1MB without a significant
performance penalty?
