If I may, I would also like to make a small request here. It would be very helpful if the OpenLDAP website could also offer the "Release Documents" section (from https://openldap.org/software/) for OpenLDAP 2.5.x as well.
This work is already underway via ITS#9849. Hopefully the new page layout will be up soon.
I would note that the ANNOUNCEMENT file is always available via git from the given release branch as well (and thus on the web via the gitlab instance if nothing else).
