build and 'make test' work, but 'make -C tests/ its' fail on my old

*Probably* a timing issue, you'd have to look into the generated logs to
confirm. It's unfortunately very common with the current test suite. We're
working on rewriting the test suite for 2.7 to avoid these types of issues.
