This was with a straight `./configure` to test the defaults.
Will test it with the Gentoo ebuild when I get a moment, as I'll likely
be the one packaging the release. We might need to send out a NEWS item
to advise users about the lmdb-1.0 upgrade.
Ok. Reminder that this is still early stages and not a tagged releaset yet,
we're working on the documentation of everything that's new, etc.
