After updating to build 989, themes have lost there pictures. When I
edit the theme the file location of the pic is listed and when I
reselect the picture the theme works again. I am using Ubuntu 10.04,
Gnome. This is happening with JPG's and BMP formats.

Bug description:
After updating to build 989, themes have lost there pictures. When I edit the
