I have assumed using Gstreamer, but I'm no precisely sure how to tell. Something I should have checked but just now noticed is that the videos preview fine they just give me the black screen when I go live. On one machine there is no video but I get audio, so I I'm not for sure if they are all battling the same issue or not but they seem related.
