debug file is located in %appdata% - C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\ but if user is Russian (I suppose - non english) USER contains wrong charaters and OpenLP does not create log file.
I've attached procmon log as in csv format. May be it has sense to change log location to program folder or redirect it to screen.
