Plugins are not deactivated accurately

Bug description:
Hi!
When I deactivate a plugin (tested for the songs, bibles, presentations,
images, media and custom plugin) the plugin's section in the Media Manager does
not disappear. Furthermore, I am still able to use the plugins (tested for the
songs, bibles, images and custom plugin), which means that I still can display
images, songs etc. live.
How to reproduce this:
Go to "Tools -> Plugin List" and set the plugins to "inactive".
