Using your latest revision. On the Select Bibles tab of the Upgrade wizard I
had two bibles ticked, and clicked Next. Got:

WindowsError: [Error 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process
I then rebooted, to ensure nothing was locking the file, and still got the same
error.
Also clicking Cancel or clicking the [X] on this dialog didn't do anything.
