Hi, I just checked in the latest build and they are enabled but if you select it is says something like "OpenLP could not find OpenOffice on your computer", so that is okay. What I see still as bug is that if you go back and forth in the wizard "Next" button is suddenly enabled which should not be. Shall I open another bug for that?

These options both require Libre/OpenOffice and this isn't currently available on OS X.
