91-100 handles the changes to the "active" plugins that can be made from the wizard. With the re-running of the wizard, the user can change which plugins they want. The code here is similar to the "Active/Inactive" code that is pluginform.onStatusComboBoxChanged with the inclusion of the For loop to check all plugins. I can add comments if you want? Added note: NO songs are deleted from the songs.db with the re-running of the wizard. Selected songs, themes and bibles are merged.
