Public bug reported: If I'm running openlp from latest bzr source with the --dev-version option, it reports the version of the latest release.
For example: latest release is 1.9.6 and the --dev-version claims version 1.9.6 even when the 1.9.6 was already released. I think it should report the version which will be released as next. The reason for is compatibility for different openlyrics version. Some portion of openlyircs import/export code is checking for openlp version saved in openlyrics xml. Since I wrote some automated tests for openlyrics import/export, these tests may not behave correctly. ** Affects: openlp Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of OpenLP Core, which is subscribed to OpenLP. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/853810 Title: Development version should be upcoming release Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: New Bug description: If I'm running openlp from latest bzr source with the --dev-version option, it reports the version of the latest release.
