Bug description:
Hello,
1) Assign "R" to the "Re-index tool" action
2) Disable the songs plugin
3) Assign "R" to another action
4) Enable the songs plugin
5) Press "R"
As demonstrate above, it is possible to assign shortcuts twice, which
shouldn't be possible. However, the likelyhod that somebody
experiences this bug is *very* low.
