New question #181351 on OpenLP: https://answers.launchpad.net/openlp/+question/181351
I decided to get python running on my system with all the necessary modules to run OpenLP from the source code so I didn't have to wait for the Mac OS X builds to be updated. The problem is, I can see when I run the check_dependencies.py script, the check for 'uno' fails but I don't know how to install an uno library. I've tried pip and easy_install but I can't find anything that matches uno or py-uno or any of the other variations of that I can think of. I even went so far as to try installing OOoPy but that gave me some kind of traceback, so I don't really know what to do, (or WHAT I'm doing, for that matter). Do I need to install some kind of Uno library? If so, how might I do that? Here's the output of the check_dependencies script: Python >= 2.6 ... 2.7.2.final.0 Checking for modules... PyQt4... I tried briefly to get these with easy_install and pip but couldn't find the right name of the module. Obviously these are optional, but where would I find these?
