I haven't seen this behaviour on any of the Win 7 machines I've run
OpenLP on, which makes it difficult to fix without knowing exactly what
causes it.

Bug description:
OpenLP 1.9.7, Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Steps:
1. Open Task Manager and check no OpenLP processes
2. Launch OpenLP
3. Exit OpenLP
4. OpenLP process still running in Task Manager. It does not self-terminate
after any amount of time. There are two processes, approx 80MB and 700KB RAM.
