Database Redundancy for MySQL

Bug description:
[The Problem]
If OpenLP is configured to use MySQL, and the database is inaccessible for
any reason (like the network being down) then the program won't launch.
[The Suggestion]
If the remote database is not accessible, fall back to the default local
SQLite Databse. Ideally, either when launching, or shutting down, or on
request, the remote and local database should sync to each other.
