Import/Export Settings not working correctly for "shortcuts"

Fix Released
Bug description:
When doing a "settings/Export", the shortcuts section of the export
file contains @Invalid() for entries that have not be configured.
When importing the file, @Invalid() is being put into the key-data.
When importing the file, an error message is displayed stating the
file is not a valid OpenLP settings file.
