Display with three video cards is wrong

Bug description:
Win7 build 1904
I have three video outputs on my computer. As you can see in the image,
OpenLP is set to display on monitor 3 and is actually displaying on monitor 2.
If I change it to monitor 2 it will show on monitor 3. I don't know if this is
a windows issue or OpenLP issue.
