I was able to reproduce this bug on osx. With transparent background the
desktop wallpaper is not used.
- this bug is similar to the bug in 2.0 on windows
- 2.0.1 on windows have transparent background
- could it be that for osx we could do the same fix as it was done for 2.0.1 on
Windows?
- where could I find the code responsible for transparent background?

checked on windows 7 - there is no problems with transparency.
On Mac - background is white instead of transparent.
