Changed the location of the Windows innosetup executable to match the current
location that is being use in the 2.0.x builds.
If the executable is placed in openlp/dist/OpenLP it is copied to the portable
apps build location by windows-builder.py.
Placing the setup into openlp/dist prevents this.
