Bug description:
Hallo,
arch linux, trunk r2141
1) Set Theme Level to Global
2) Select a song and edit it.
3) Go to the Theme tab.
Expected:
When the theme level is set to a level where the song theme is not considered
I'd expect a info label saying something like:
"The level is set to X, song themes foo bar foo foo"
