Screen detection bug

Bug description:
Step 1. Run app when second screen doesn't connected.
2. Connect the second screen.
3. Open the settings - it's already setted to show on second screen.
4. Send to live - it show on main screen, not on second.
Then u need to set output to first screen and then set back to second
- only after this it shows on right screen.
Win7, OLP 1.9.12.
