Setting “View>Mode” resets panels
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
When View > Mode is set to “Setup” or “Live” and then reset to “Default”
all the panels appear even thought they were earlier hidden.
“Lock panels” selection still remains in effect thou.
For as an example hidden Projector Manager is no more hidden after
using “Live” mode.
Running v.2.1.5 On Windows 8.1.
