In 2.1.6 you can import missing custom slides from list files. However, I noticed that OpenLP needs to be restarted in order for the "Edit item" to appear if the custom slide was missing from the library.
Maybe we should consider this wish as granted and label it as a bug instead? My setup is running 2.1.6 Portable on win 8.1 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of OpenLP Core, which is subscribed to OpenLP. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/790872 Title: Custom items in saved service file can not be edited from service manager. Status in OpenLP: Confirmed Bug description: All versions, OS's, etc, etc. When you save a service file and move it to a new machine you can not edit the items in the file. I first noticed this when I created some custom slides. I found a spelling error when I got to church to set the service up but I could not edit the custom slide. Would it be possible for the items in the saved service to be imported to the computer you are opening the file on? Or, maybe give the option to do that?
