Unexpected Power Point dialogues triggers exception

Bug description:
It appears that when a presentation is loaded, and Power Point
requires a response from the user that OpenLP cannot control Power
Point.
For esxample in http://support.openlp.org/issues/2043 it sounds like
Power Point is expecting a password to be entered.
I have also seen this (a while ago) when a trial version of Power
Point is being used which is asking to be rgistered (or something, my
memory is a bit vuage)
