Global hotkeys would allow OpenLP to use shortcuts
even when the OpenLP main window is not active.
User could for an example hide/show screen while browsing files or
internet.
We probably don’t need 3 sets of hotkeys so
replacing the secondary hotkeys with global
hotkeys would do.
