Title: Allow entering verse order in lowercase Status in OpenLP: Fix Committed Bug description: When entering a verse order in lowercase (v1 c1 v2 c1), there is an error about unknown verse names. They should be automatically converted to uppercase and no complain should be given if they are valid in uppercase.
