Public bug reported: If images are shown in Live & Preview, re-sizing the panels causes the images to shake wildly at certain points.
This would appear to be a problem on smaller screen resolutions. I can produce the glitch with 1280x1024 and 1280x720 resolutions but 1920x1080 works fine. This happens in real-world when user wants to make their Live panel larger than Preview panel.
