Title: Add new icon for Preview and replace Live background Status in OpenLP: Confirmed Bug description: Preview button for items (Songs, Bibles etc.) uses the same icon as the "Blank to theme". I think it may be confusing for some people that two completely different functions have the exactly same icon. Re-place live background uses same icon as "Blank to black" I feel like "Blank to theme" icon might work better here. Trunk rev 2609 Aka 2.3 series / Win.
