Title:
  Traceback after changing display

Status in OpenLP:

Bug description:
  I changed display  setting to display n.2 and service list theme to
  something else from  null, after restart I was met by a traceback.

  This happens sometimes when display is changed.

  Running Portable 2.1.6 / Win 8.1
