Importing in-correct file format to OSIS/CSV > Traceback

Bug description:
I tried to import README.txt to OSIS and CSV Bible import,
as result OpenLP gives tracebacks instead of error messages.
This probably happens with other in-proper files as well.
Errors are triggered normally with OpenSong/Zefania import.
