Importing Songbeamer songs using latin1 encoding doesn't get decoded
correctly

Bug description:
When exporting Songbeamer songs from Windows and then importing them on Linux,
the encoding of the songs is latin1. During the import OpenLP seems to assume
they are UTF-8.
This works for "normal" characters but breaks for german "Umlaute"
