Title: Find duplicates wizard does not reset cursor if closed from "x" instead of "cancel" button and causes traceback on exit Status in OpenLP: New Bug description: If "Find duplicates" wizard is cancelled from "x" instead of the "cancel" button, cursor does not get reset from "loading" and causes traceback on closing OpenLP.
