Feature Request: (Un)Freeze

Bug description:
New Feature Request
I would love to have a freeze/unfreeze feature in OpenLP. Many
projectors have this as a built-in function, but that isn't feasible
for our setup. It would be nice to have this on a software level, in
addition to the current Blank to Desktop, Blank to Theme, and Blackout
options.
