Yes, we went through a few changes recently (Python 2 -> 3, OpenLP theme -> Read The Docs theme) and the wiki pages for the documentation haven't been updated yet.
As a side note to others, if you're going to change the way things are done, please update the wiki. I'm tired of having to update the wiki after other people have changed things.
