About the wiki page, I'm no dev, but I'd be in favor of retiring the wiki system and just stick with forum+bugtracker. From my perspective (technical user, 1 year with OpenLP) that would work nicely.
About the Header, if you're talking Live view, I actually have a wishlist item for headers on Custom Slides ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/openlp/+bug/1679199), but I agree that a Header on a Bible item wouldn't be of much value.
