Hey guys,
One of our users logged a bug and added some logs and things, and
they're asking for a little progress on their bug report. Can someone
take a look and see if you can reproduce their bug?

Look at their log files, try to reproduce it, poke around, and just
comment on the bug with whatever you've found (or haven't).
