That's sad to hear, but understandable. What will happen with bug reports?

I'll leave them to continue coming into the support app, but the reporter will get an auto-reply saying that their bug report has been received. I won't be replying to those, but I'll see if I can sort them into bugs already reported, new bugs, or user error.
