I've come across a bug in PHP 5.1.4 in conjunction with MySQL, which leads to not every resultset of a SQL query being fetched. The identical query leads to a correct result in the MySQL command line interface containing of 4 lines but yields only one line in PHP. Openmailadmin suffers from this bug: If you happen to run the buggy PHP version you will notice that the list of your mailboxes won't be correct - there will be less entries than expected (i.e. one where 20 were correct). As a workaround you could downgrade PHP to 5.1.3 or give PHP 5.2.0-RC a try.
