Are you using the SOAP API to access to room?
I would bet the user_id 1 is the SOAP user that is generated when you enter the
room via SOAP.
And as you never set the externaluserId in the calls everytime you enter the
conference room the same user is used.
So please use the externalUserId in the setUserObject methods. I don't think
that there is a problem in general with the user_ids in the uploaded files.
