Problem in accessing moderated room with getRoomidbyExternalId

Hello guys,
Right now i am creating room in openmeetings using
getRoomIdByExternalId.I am trying to make "Teacher "as moderator and "Student"
as normal user .and in additon i have used setUserObjectandGenerateHashUrl for
Redirectin both(teacher and Student) on particular room.Now my Problem is that
i am making teacher as moderator of that room Still it is showing me error
"Please wait untill moderator arrives".I want this message for Student only,not
for Teacher.
Plz give me Solution...
