Hi Evgenji,
that is no issue, it might be just a misunderstanding.
The highlighted rooms in your screenshot you've shown in your PDF are"public"
rooms. Those rooms will be never listest in the Dashboard.
Please check also that the rooms that you've created in the calendar are in the
future, not in the past.
The Dashboard "My rooms" tab shows only calendar events that are in the future
of the current user logged in.
You can test that one demo.openmeetings.de, there is no problem from my point
of view.
