Hi Evgenji,
you should understand that we are all just voluntary assistance here ^^
If you want to raise more attention to your issue you should join the mailing
list and discuss there first, you will reach a wider audience there.
And if you have an immediate call you can still backup with somebody from the
list of commercial companies that provide support on OpenMeetings.
