I think it is fixed so that the recorder playback uses the new a/v-components
but some tests are needed to verify the behaviour.
Additionally also some tests are needed with the recording itself to see in
what usage scenarios the recording does work.
This can only happen once it is possible to start/stop (republish) the own
video stream while the recording is running.
