Linking OpenMeetings tutorials and manuals

The title Installation and Upgrade (menu) it
is an Avenue that every body can see, and their
links (Installation, Upgrade) are streets to that
every body can see also.
Installation and Upgrade menu it is a perfect place
where put every thing that teach or help installation
OpenMeetings related (the title invite to).
Then this mentioned menu links could be:
Installation
Upgrade
Tutorials
...Tutorials (englih) link, you know, have installation in
Windows,Squeeze and other plugins that woul be not neccesary
to anonce, because the tecnichal curiosity will do
the people observe the other links titles in the page after
clic Tutorials.
In the Tutorials page could be a link to Manuals (a new page)
where have download or reading links to all diferents OpenMeetings
manuals (languages) in alphabetical order.
So all the referent to help related OpenMeetings, plugings installation
and use would be together.
The dispersion is the best way not to find something.
For exemple, we are in:
http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/mail-lists.html
...and suppose that in Installation and Upgrade menu had a link called
Tutorials, this would point to:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OPENMEETINGS/Tutorials+related+to+OpenMeetings
...this is true url you can visit it, whole idea is building just put the
Tutorials link would remain in Installation and Upgrade.
Thus we would have the tutorials and manuals together.
