Resolution: Fixed
I have committed a patch with r1339637.
This will work of course only in conference room type, as in restricted you do
not see a green dot next to the username.
I also made some error window UI that pops up when you do not have neccessary
rights to grant anybody exclusive audio. Maybe you have an idea for a better
wording:
