Do we need to shift all opened video pods when user hide/show users list?
For example, some interesting scenario:
1) enter the conference and open several video pods to fill the first line. It
will be the next:
++ User List ++ | POD1 <- 4 px -> POD2 <- 4 px -> POD3 <- 4 px -> POD4 ....
|

2) Hide users list:
POD1 <- 4 px -> POD2 <- 4 px -> POD3 <- 4 px -> POD4
....
3) Add a new video pod:
POD1 <- 4 px -> POD2 <- 4 px -> POD3 <- 4 px -> POD4
....
NEW_POD1
4) Show the users list:
++ User List ++ | POD1 <- 4 px -> POD2 <- 4 px -> POD3 <- 4 px -> POD4 ....
