Some one was running a meeting in the public meeting room. The meeting ended
and he left along with all the guests.
I went back into the meeting about 5 minutes later and was the only person in
it and his screen was still being shared.
Hi did not know that his screen was being shared and their did not seem to be a
way to inform him that he was broadcasting his screen to anyone that accessed
the public meeting room.
He then pulled up the screen sharing window and exited whist I was trying to
work out how to contact him and let him know.
Suggest that screen sharing automatically ends with the meeting or if you are
sharing that it ends when you exit the meeting.
