albert commented on OPENMEETINGS-348:
-------------------------------------

In the current OpenMeeting, the problem is when the moderator and participants
has the same high resolution (1920x1080), and the moderator upload a file to
whiteboard, it is default to fit screen (cant see the doc text, too small) so
the moderator will zoom it in, but how about the participants? they cant see
the doc text, and no way to zoom

i think the best way is to put an options:
option1
= synchronize zoom (moderator zoom in/out, the participants screen will also
zoom) - to resolve the issue for same high resolution screen.
= if the moderator gave whiteboard access to a participant, and the participant
zoom in, all other screen will also zoom (so all who have whiteboard access
should be able to control the zoom, and the zoom level bar should also be same,
it will cause a problem if the bar is not synchronize to all who have
whiteboard access)

option2
= give all participants a zoom option, but the zooming is not synchronize, so
if the participant1 zoom in to the document, the moderator screen will not be
zoomed, they have an individual zoom) - to resolve different resolution screen

and by default the zoom is just as is it currently

is this good? don't know if this will cause issue or something

currently my work around is to give all moderator access so they can
individually zoom, i have no choice because if not, the meeting will be useless
if they cant see the uploaded files
