George Kirkham updated OPENMEETINGS-378:
----------------------------------------
Description:
Update Calendar email notification rules to send notification only when data
relevant to the users has been changed, that is;
1) do not send emails when invitees have been added or removed
2) only send email when any of the following has changed; the Name of the
conference, the date and/or time, Location, Comment text
3) do not send emails when the user simply saves the record and no data has
been changed.
It would also be good if the update notification email actually informed
(alerted) the User what has actually changed.
